Lessons, musings and advice from the author of ‘The Life I Won’
Sometimes you need to take a sharp intake of breath and acknowledge just how far you have come!
The message in my e-mail from Sandra Goodman PhD confirmed my 2.5k article in Positive Health Magazine, AND that I had the front cover with one of my paintings.
Positive Health Magazine receives over 5 million views per year and is visited by 3000+ people every day!
These people will see my artwork and read my article.
This is what happens when you are recognised as an expert in your field.

Obviously, there are many more people who have helped me, but the spotlight today goes to these ladies.

How I used my thoughts to shape my recovery from bereavement and trauma during this time set the standard for the rest of my life. If you can see it, you can create it.
