By law, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, SI 2013/3134 say that we must give you certain key information before a legally binding contract between you and us is made (see below). We will give you this information in a clear and understandable way. Some of this information is likely to be obvious from the context. Some of this information is also set out in this contract, such as information on our complaint handling policy.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 say that up to 14 days after receiving your products, in most cases, you can change your mind and get a full refund – see the section on the ‘Cooling Off Period’ below but please note that once you have started streaming or downloading the product you will lose your right to cancel.
The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product you’re entitled to the following:
up to 30 days: if your products are faulty, then you can get a refund;
up to six months: if they can’t be repaired or replaced, then you‘re entitled to a full refund, in most cases;

‘We’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means Mandy Nicholson, trading as Violet Aura Art
You’ or ‘your’ means the person using our site to buy products from us.

I am a sole trader and my trading address is 8, Harper Crescent, Longhoughton, Northumberland. NE66 3FD [trading as ‘ Violet Aura Art‘]

When you place your order at the end of the online checkout process by clicking on the pay now button or buy now button, we will acknowledge it by email. This acknowledgement does mean that your order has been accepted, see below.
If you change your mind about your purchase of digital products made from our website, you may be able to cancel your order and request a refund, however, your right to do so will depend on whether you have begun downloading or streaming the content.
You may not cancel your purchase of digital products once you have started downloading or streaming them unless the content is faulty.
If you are a consumer and you have not started to download or stream the products you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of placing your order without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the date you paced your order.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If the product is to be delivered in instalments, we shall supply the digital content to you as specified in the product description.

While we try to make sure that the colours of our products are displayed accurately on the site, the actual colours that you see on your compute, mobile phone or other device may vary depending on the monitor that you use.
We may discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice.

If this contract is ended it will not affect our right to receive any money which you owe to us under this contract.
Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury) or arising under applicable laws relating to the protection of your personal information, we are not legally responsible for:
These terms constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to your purchase. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, promise, assurance or warranty given by or on behalf of me which is not set out in these terms and that you shall have no claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation or negligent misstatement based on any statement in this agreement.
